Frequently Asked Questions

Gadai Digital feature is available by request only and limited to selected users who have submitted access request through this form.

  1. Open the Nanovest app
  2. Tap on “Gadai Digital” in the New Products section on the homepage
  3. Enter your desired loan amount, collateral asset, and bank account for disbursement
  4. Confirm the application after reviewing the loan details and ensuring sufficient collateral.
  5. Review the Pawn Agreement and Power of Attorney documents
  6. Enter your PIN to authorize the transaction (you have 4 attempts)
  7. Your application will be processed, and your collateral will be locked
  8. You’ll receive the pawn agreement and power of attorney documents via email within 1 working day to sign via Privy ID
  9. After signing the documents via Privy, the loan funds will be disbursed to your bank account

Currently, you can use BTC, ETH, and SOL as collateral—availability may change depending on the policy from PT Pasar Gadai Digital.

You can repay by transferring to a Virtual Account (VA) number provided on the loan repayment page via the “Repay This Loan” button in the loan detail page. Each VA is single-use and unique to your transaction. You can repay until 23.59 WIB. Please note that payments cannot be processed between 00:00-01:00 WIB.
