Keputusan ini diambil oleh para pengembang inti Ethereum dalam pertemuan All Core Developers Execution (ACDE) #248 untuk menginvestigasi lebih lanjut interaksi proposal <strong>EIP-8037<\/strong> terhadap smart contract di mainnet. Penundaan jadwal di Hoodi ini sekaligus membatalkan rencana peningkatan <strong>gas limit<\/strong> jaringan testnet tersebut hingga batas 200M.<\/p>\n<p>Langkah penyesuaian jadwal ini membatalkan aktivasi lapisan eksekusi Amsterdam dan lapisan konsensus Gloas yang semula dikonfigurasi pada epoch 132.352. Tim pengembang menegaskan bahwa pembatalan jadwal tidak mereset riwayat transaksi pada chain Hoodi.
