Produk ini akan memakai desain single-die, berbeda dari dual-die B300 chip andalan Nvidia untuk pasar global.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Walau memiliki setengah daya komputasi mentah dibanding B300, B30A tetap diposisikan lebih kuat daripada H20, chip berbasis arsitektur Hopper yang selama ini menjadi satu-satunya opsi Nvidia di China akibat aturan ekspor sejak 2023.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Chip B30A dikabarkan tetap akan mengusung fitur high-bandwidth memory (HBM) serta NVLink untuk mempercepat transmisi data antar prosesor, dua teknologi yang sangat penting dalam beban kerja AI modern.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Jika tak ada hambatan, Nvidia menargetkan sampel uji coba bisa dikirim ke klien China mulai bulan depan.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Faktor_Geopolitik_Antara_Bisnis_dan_Regulasi\"><\/span><b>Faktor Geopolitik: Antara Bisnis dan Regulasi<\/b><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Meski Nvidia berharap besar pada B30A, jalannya tidak mulus. Washington masih dihantui kekhawatiran bahwa akses China terhadap chip AI, bahkan versi \u201cdowngrade\u201d, bisa mempercepat ambisi Beijing dalam pengembangan kecerdasan buatan dan teknologi militer.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Trump baru-baru ini membuka kemungkinan melonggarkan aturan, dengan syarat Nvidia dan AMD menyetorkan 15% dari pendapatan penjualan chip AI di China ke pemerintah AS.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ia bahkan menyebut H20 sebagai chip \u201cobsolete\u201d dan menyarankan chip baru untuk China akan memiliki \u201c30% hingga 50% performa lebih rendah\u201d dari model unggulan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Namun, baik politisi Demokrat maupun Republik di Kongres masih bersikap waspada. Mereka khawatir akses meski terbatas sekalipun tetap akan memperkecil jarak teknologi antara AS dan Tiongkok.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Mengapa_Pasar_China_Penting_bagi_Nvidia\"><\/span><b>Mengapa Pasar China Penting bagi Nvidia?<\/b><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">China menyumbang sekitar <\/span><b>13% dari total pendapatan Nvidia<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> pada tahun fiskal lalu. Kehilangan pasar sebesar ini jelas bukan pilihan mudah. Apalagi, Nvidia ingin mempertahankan dominasi ekosistem software-nya, termasuk CUDA yang menjadi standar industri.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Jika pelanggan di China beralih ke chip buatan lokal, misalnya Huawei, maka bukan hanya pasar hardware yang hilang, tetapi juga seluruh ekosistem developer yang selama ini melekat pada Nvidia.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Kompetisi_Huawei_vs_Nvidia\"><\/span><b>Kompetisi: Huawei vs Nvidia<\/b><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Huawei telah membuat kemajuan signifikan di bidang chip AI. Beberapa analis menyebut performa chip Huawei sudah mendekati Nvidia dalam hal daya komputasi, meskipun masih tertinggal dalam aspek ekosistem software dan bandwidth memori.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Inilah sebabnya Nvidia tetap berkepentingan hadir di China. Selama developer AI di sana menggunakan chip Nvidia, mereka akan terikat dengan platform software Nvidia. Di satu sisi, keberhasilan meluncurkan B30A dan RTX6000D bisa menjaga pangsa pasar Nvidia sekaligus menjaga ekosistem software CUDA tetap dominan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Di sisi lain, jika pemerintah AS menolak izin ekspor, Nvidia bisa kehilangan hingga US$10\u201312 miliar potensi pendapatan tahunan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Wall Street sendiri terbelah. Sebagian analis melihat langkah ini sebagai strategi jitu mempertahankan pengaruh, sementara yang lain khawatir Nvidia terlalu bergantung pada pasar yang secara geopolitik \u201cberacun\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Chip baru Nvidia untuk China bukan sekadar produk baru, melainkan strategi bertahan hidup di tengah tarik-menarik geopolitik.
